Run by husband-and-wife duo Pol and Rin, Roslyn is all about homemade, heartwarming dishes. Pol takes charge of the savoury breakfasts, while Rin crafts delicate chiffon cakes in flavours like coconut pandan, rose and lychee, mandarin, taro, and Thai tea Basque cheesecake—each as stunning as it is delicious.
The menu showcases regional Thai specialities, from Bangkok-style pork ball congee with Chinese donut and soft-boiled egg to Isan’s khai katha—pan-fried eggs with a soft brioche roll. You’ll also find southern Thai roti murtabak, Phuket’s green curry fried chicken, and Chinese donuts with kaya (Thai tea and pandan jam).
