Tucked away in the neighbourhood, Austro is a small-batch pastry kitchen with a passion for artisan baking. We specialise in hand-crafted pastries, focaccia, and cakes, blending the rich traditions of Central European baking with a modern Melbourne twist.
While we primarily supply a select group of Melbourne’s best cafes and restaurants, we open our Little Shop to the public on Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings—a chance for you to grab our freshly baked goods straight from the source.
